2. Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Reasons for Returns:
1. Defective or damaged products
2. Incorrect product received
3. Product not meeting customer expectations
Procedure for Returns:
1. Contact our customer service team via phone, email, or website.
2. Provide order number, product name, and reason for return.
3. Receive return shipping instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
4. Ship the product back to us within 7 days.
Exceptions:
1. Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team to request cancellation.
